WhatsApp notification when stock runs low

Issue Description

Send an automatic WhatsApp message to the store manager when any SKU drops below its reorder point. Email is too slow.

Why it matters

Staff check WhatsApp constantly but rarely check email during shifts. Real-time WhatsApp alerts for low stock would prevent stockouts before the manager even notices in the dashboard.
